When you make an enquiry on www.tammielouisephotography.co.uk you will be asked to provide certain information about yourself including your name, contact details including email address and phone number (optional), as well as details of your wedding date and location (if applicable) as an act of necessity to fulfil your enquiry. This information will only be collected when voluntarily submitted by you as the User. I may also collect information about your usage of my website, as well as emails or letters you send to me and as messages you post to the website www.tammielouisephotography.co.uk on blog posts. When booking Tammie Louise Photography for services, I will also collect your address (home, and business if required) as well as phone number, which are needed to provide you with services booked, your photographs and to communicate about your wedding photography.

Your final photographs will be stored on a platform called Pixiset in (a) password-protected online gallery (or galleries). When viewing your images, you will be required to sign in to the gallery using your name, email address and the password provided by Tammie Louise Photography. Should you share the password with family, friends and guests they will also be required to sign in with their name, email address and the given password. This information will also be collected and stored by Pixiset. Pixiset is also GDPR compliant and will not share your personal data with anyone other than Tammie Louise Photography.

How I protect this information

I employ appropriate security measures to protect your information from access by unauthorised persons and against unlawful processing, accidental loss, destruction and damage. I will retain your information for a reasonable period or as long as the law requires.

The information voluntarily submitted by User to Tammie Louise Photography for both enquiry and booking, will be stored in a password-protected email account as well as password-protected folders as digital information. Final photographs will be stored in a password-protected online gallery, and digital copies kept as a back-up on a password-protected external hard-drive. Sensitive and private data exchange between www.tammielouisephotography.co.uk and User happens over SSL secured communication.

To reiterate, all personal information stored by Tammie Louise Photography is done so via password-protected means.

How I will use your information

I will contact you using your personal information provided to discuss with you services booked, to deliver your invoices and Photography Plan, and to deliver to you your final photographs. I may use your information to contact you for your views on my services and to notify you occasionally, where you have consented, by email about other products and services I offer which may be of interest to you.
